The parts department at this particular NAPA is topline and curteous and clearly cares for the customer. Helpful and friendly, I would drive out of my way to buy my parts at their store.

After over 23 years in the auto repair business and with doing buisness with many parts places, I have to say Clarksville NAPA store is about the worse I have ever dealt with. They proved to care more about a dollar than to have a satisified, returning customer. If you are a profesional auto technician and business owner, find a auto store that values you and wants your business.
