came here for a little pampering and was not impressed. heading to a wedding and had to point out that the Polish was on my skin. $35 for mani/pedi is reasonable, thus the extra star.

This place is terrible! I spent $70 here, and purchased a nail design. I told the nail technician I didn't really want the specific design because I knew it would not last long. I have been coming her for years and it seems that the service is slipping. Today, I noticed that there were quite a few steps my technician decided to skip and I really did not feel that pampered. I made a comment to the owner and she didn't seem apologetic or that concerned. Going back around the conner to The Look where it costs a little less and definitely a more pampered experience.
