Not very helpful, very rude, and customer unfriendly. I have been renting from Century 21 now for over a year. I have had a lot of issues with the property I rent, I mean: it was built in the 1970 and has never been updated and poorly maintained. I contacted them about viewing some homes. They required me to fill out an application which contained a lot of personal information. After I turned the app in and thought I would be contacted for a showing I never was. I emailed them several times to figure out what was going on and never heard back from them.
