Rude-Unprofessional

I had a deer run out in front of me on November 1st 2016 and caused 1700.00 of damages to my car. I get a nasty email from the adjuster Amy Frazier saying I was over reacting. How rude and unprofessional that is. I have been a loyal customer to Farm Bureau and not once have I ever had bad customer service from any of the reps until this incident. Something needs to be addressed here and someone needs to retake some training and customer service skills.
