Do not move in to the heights--now called the myrtles in old town portsmouth!!!! Current resident of 4a north 2012. There are roaches in my kitchen, ants, bugs coming out of my sinks, mold coming out of the air vents, the doors are falling off the hinges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call me if you want to come see this s@!t hole that we live in.
Sure the rent price is great, but it's only great if you want to live with bugs and a broken apartment!!!
I lived here 3 years and had no complaints, Its everything you want in a apartment in a good location in old town, your minutes away from downtown Norfolk and near the water. I have only the best things to say about this apartment, its certainly worth a look.
This was a great first apartment. They're fairly new, well-kept, spacious, and have new appliances. Cable and internet is included, which is nice. They have two locations, and you can use the pool and gym of either, no matter which you live in. Security and office staff are very friendly. Pet fees are a tad expensive though.
I have lived here since Dec.... it is a wonderful place to live. You can't get more for your money anywhere in Portsmouth. It is so expensive to live in this city. .. the pool is beautiful, the fitness room is just right, the business center is very convenient..... And Ezra is the best! !!!!!
