I came in to this location earlier this week for a regular eye exam. They say on their web site that they "not only welcome every vision and insurance plan but we will help you demystify your benefits" and list my insurance carrier. The staff at My Eye Dr. (Greenbelt) provided outstanding customer service.It was refreshing to be greeted and consulted by genuine friendly and competent staff.Overall I only had spent 45 minutes (in two visits) to select new glasses, get fitted, and one return visit for an adjustment.Not bad when you consider the investment and importance of your sight.
