Rating POOR! ..., called this man to come out and make an estimate. He missed the 1st appt. without calling back with any explanation. Second time, I called - he said he lost the address/phone number. He finally came out to survey and do an estimate and then NEVER forwarded the estimate information our insurance company. It's been over a week since he came out and still no estimate sent to the insurance company, nor has he called again. If this is indicative of how professional his repair work is, I say we were darn lucky to find out before he actually began to do any repairs! ...
