Two of my three children have had braces through this practice, unfortunately we did not have much of a choice due to our insurance. Thank God our first daughter had excellent care with Dr. Bathe in Vienna, Va. Our whole experience was a nightmare. None of the staff can speak proper English!!!! How ""Rich"" the office manager still has a job there is beyond me. He is the rudest, nastyest, stuck up person I know!!!!!! He has not only been extremely rude to me, I have heard him on SEVERAL occasions yelling at patients both in the office and on the phone. I am reporting this practice to the...
