Terrific! Eric responded to my call right away, kept me advised of the status of my part, and when it arrived kept the appointment on time and left the dryer spotless when he was done. Would not hesitate to hire him again or refer him to others.

he told me up-front that the problem sounded like a vent clog. I should have asked him for a recommendation before he came to my house. I did ask after he did what little he could do. The person he recommended did an excellent job.
