Murphy's Taproom has created a blend of American and Irish cultures that is welcoming to all. With 24 different beers on tap, many people come to indulge in a beer. NOISY, good decor, average food

Buffalo Chicken should speak up but this one barely whispers heat, though the flavor was very good. The Onion Rings have a floury flavor and were definitely below average, but the Fries were correctly cooked, non-oily and had a good flavor. The Shepherds Pie is a little above average, with good peas and onions but very skimpy on the meat....

I feel like the only way to describe my experience here is to joke about it because my experience was so awful. I don't even know where to begin. The place didn't have a hostess the morning I went there for breakfast. A man who I suspect is a manager greeted us after almost 5 minutes and then said he...

Good food and good service

I had been here when it was under a different name and ownership. Building was about the same but I was impressed and pleased with the changes to the menu and certainly with the large selection of craft beers. Quite happy with my meal and the service. Thumbs up! Definitely recommend.

Great outdoor area

This was one of my favorite haunts in Manchester when I lived there. It stays open late, has reasonable drinks and is always packed. There is always something going on and the outdoor area is huge. I was never in love with the food, but still totally worth going to.

Murphy’s Diner opened in February 2012, under the ownership and operation of Keith Murphy, the proprietor of next-door Murphy’s Taproom.
