My wife and I stopped at Mulligan's Raw Bar & Grille for lunch on a recent overnight excursion to Nag's Head, NC. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was prepared great, the service was excellent and had a nice atmosphere. This restaurant is well managed and we will definitely return.

For the prices, this place is just average in every way. The burger was average, not bad but nothing special (especially the claim to be the "best of the beach"). The wifes chicken was ok, but the sides were first wrong, them overcooked and overseasoned. We overheard several other complaints from other tables while we were there. Apparently the reviews...

The waitress knew nothing about the online specials. Good thing for smartphones. Then she needed instruction on what domestic drafts meant. Finally, before we left, the 4.99/doz. oysters on the menu were actually $8. Now I know what CRUSHED at Mulligans means!

Great food and great price

All of the food was great and the prices was typically low for the quality and quantity. The She Crab soup was the best I ever had and we enjoyed it so much that we ate at this place twice during our week long visit to the Outer Banks. Great location also, across the street from Jockey's Ridge State Park.

Mulligan's was recommended by a local...we enjoyed our burgers, though my husband had ordered his well done and had to send it back for more time on the grill. My Carolina burger was very good...also the fries!

Located at milepost 13 in Nags Head across from Jockey's Ridge State Park, we have unbelievable views from our second floor deck of the Atlantic Ocean and the historic Nags Head cottages. As a matter of fact, we don't believe that you can truly unwind until you've ordered an Orange Crush on the deck at Mulligan's!
