I tried Muddy Paws before at the old location and was not impressed with the quality of service I received before. My westie acted timid and afraid when I picked her up which was odd becuase she is ALWAYS friendly and happy. Their new location is Hampton and 27th now.

I will never go back to this place again for grooming. First of all, the only friendly people there were the girl who answered the phone when I first called to make the appointment and the groomer. Others were very unfriendly and borderline rude.

I have 2 mini yorkies and I took them here to get the full service grooming. One of them came back with horrible cuts in 5 different places on her body - both of her ears, both of the front legs and one on her tummy. We took our dog there before and it was fine. The haircut was okay. On Tuesday, Sept 28th I called that morning to get an appt. to have our dog groomed again. I got a message saying that they were ""busy"" and to leave a message and someone would call us back. No one called!
So on Friday, Oct.3rd I went there in person with my dog to see if we could get in that morning. The woman, i assume the groomer, told me it was impossible because she was too busy and had to leave early. Well she certainly wasnt busy grooming.
