Ordered 20 nibblers chocolate chips. They tasted 2 days old and not freshly baked. Wish I was still at the mall so I can throw it at them! Tip: Ask them if the cookies are fresh and hope they are honest

Love their cookies! Not sure what to get? Their Nibblers are the perfect solution to an undecided cookie appetite. The milk chocolate chip cookies are the bomb!

Extremely disappointed and livid!! I ordered a cookie cake for my nieces bday went to pick it up this evening and they said "they don't have it" granted they took down all my information and even repeated what I ordered and my number. Not even a sorry or we can have one ready for you asap. My niece was looking forward to her cookie cake now she will be extremely sad. Bad customer service big time.
