This is not the first problem I've had with the organization. The business recently re-opened with NEW pricing policies that are definitely not in detail-The service work that was paid for was a figure based off the top of the owners head and was a deposit. Called company on Monday, November 30, 2009 to inquire about them fixing my television. I asked them if they could give me a quote BEFORE going ahead to repair the television and they said that they could and would do that and would contact me on Tuesday morning, December 1, 2009 to give me a quote for how much the repairs would cost BEFORE moving forward. Ripped my daughter and I off on repair of her laptop. Price changed numerous times. Called me with final price and then changed it again higher. BEWARE!!!!
