Gave them my truck at 9:45 didn't start on it until 1130. Had two coupons, one for $20 oil change coupon & one for $20 off service over $100. I was told they would use them both...until they did the work. Now it's a $44 oil change and will not apply both coupons. Told truck would be done by 2:00 WRONG again. 3:45. Took 6 hours.
