Staff took a long time to address me. They tried to convince me their deal of buy 3 and get one free was cheaper then tire buyer.

Made an appointment at 8am. Showed up at 755am. My car was not pulled back until 9am. I watched my car the entire time. At 915am all 4 tires were taken off, it then sat without anyone close to it until 955am. At 955am they put the new tires on. At 1015 they completed the alignment. I hate to be a clich� but I'm really not comfortable with maintenance issues having to do with my car and that includes replacing the tires. Justin at Mr. Tire seemed very knowledgeable, forthright, and competent. He offered options for the tire installation as well as his opinion, when asked, about the tires I'd purchased. Their service is wonderful. Always feel like I am being told the truth. They have always worked with me with times and generaly get the work done by the time promised. Very friendly staff who know what they are doing! I would recommend this place to my mom:)
