Terrible service and horrible appointment scheduling. Waited over an hour to have my tire balanced. I won't be back.

It was a walk-in service, done in 2 hours including tire mounting, balance, front brake pads replacement. I didn't wait: they gave me a ride to the office and back to Mr Tire. They also saved me about $200 on NOT replacing my rear brake pads cause they were 80% good.

The first desk staff when I dropped off my rim could have been a little more friendly but when I return to pick up the tire the desk staff that day were much better.
