The staff is friendly, and the facilities clean. However, the waiting area is far from being comfortable: plastic chairs, no beverages, car magazines. There's a Starbucks around the corner though, which is night to wait.

I ordered the tires on a Sunday night, dropped off my car on Monday morning, and had the car back by then end of the work day. It was a very efficient and easy process.

I booked the appointment in advance and when I arrived they were ready to work on my car. They also checked brakes and lights and gave me a cost/timestimate quickly. My car was ready the same day to my satisfaction. Will definitely recommend.
