I got there at my appointment time and at first they told me a hour but it took a hour and a half. I wasn't to worried about it though. The tires were alot dirtier than I expected considering they were brand new. I'm not sure it was from the delivery or the tire store or a combination of both. I do like how the recycling fee was included since some stores charge extra to throw your tires away....

There were erroneous charges on the bill that were not caught at the time of service. It took several attempts to get this corrected and the erroneous payments credited back to my account

i had a 2 pm appointment. when i made the appointment they never ask me if i was dropping it off or waiting. there were a number of customers ahead of me. i was then told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. it actually took 3 hours. that didn`t make me very happy.
