Chad presented as very friendly and personable... Gave me some helpful tips on how to handle future garbage disposal problems. However, when he was under the sink performing the repair, he said ""Looks like this water line was installed improperly. I'll go ahead and fix that for you."" Based on his phrasing, I thought he was just being nice and helpful, but NO... He ended up charging me an extra $60 for a non-essential repair. I may have chosen to adjust the piping anyway, but the questionable way in which this was handled went unappreciated. Also not on time.

I had a back-up in my pipes and being a single female I needed some expert help. I called Mr. Rooter and they were very quick to respond and my problem was resolved immediately. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

I called them to remove roots from my main drainage line and the plumber was also able to fix my toilet that ran all the time. I didn't expect them to handle more than rooter work, so they were good to use.
