Master O. has a fabulous program. He has the perfect mix of fun and discipline for children, who increase focus as they grow. My children have attended enthusiastically for more than 7 years with no sign of stopping. Programs for adults include Tae Kwon Do, Cardio Kick Box and now even power yoga. Mr. O's is truly a family oriented establishment, that will get everyone into shape.

My daughters have been attending Mr O's for 5 years. They love his tae kwon do classes. They learn focus, respect and determination all while having a great time. The self confidence they've gained is unbelievable. We joined after attending one of his fabulous birthday parties and are soooo glad we did. If you've ever thought about joining, go in and check out a class, you won't regret it.
