It's ok but could be great. I thought I would get some really good soul food but it was just ok. The fried Tilapia was delicious! The chicken sandwich was good. We found Mr B after having been to the one in Hopewell. What a find. Much nicer than the original in Hopewell. The food is equally as good. The service is excellent and the new atmosphere makes for a better night out. You all need to venture out in Chester.
