I called mr appliance to fix my washing machine, they came and after a 5minute diagnose told me: "we can change the main board for you, but we can't guarantee that it will solve the issue. it would cost $600 for the main board and $400 for the service. alternatively we can take your ($2000) machine and recycle it for you, for free".
