Just a bad experience from ordering a scooter for out-of-state. Used sold as new, incredible dodging and mendacity, lack of responsibility, then later actual lies. Now that I've looked more deeply I see that maybe a local following, and the owner, are crafting the positive responses and protected from scrutiny in a popular Madass themed website, which too, is local to Milwaukee. All I can say is do your homework; what you pay in money will be nothing compared to the frustration..
They do a fair (not great) job on the repairs but my biggest complaint is that every time I've brought my moped there (4 times now)- I never get a phone call with status updates. They tend to fix the problems and when I call them to find out what is going on after a week or 2 of not hearing anything, they tell me what …

Sorry for the long review. At the end of February I purchased a new 2013 Madass fully upgraded. The person I was working with was very friendly and helpful at first. I had a very busy schedule at that time and I was amazed when he told me that the scooter should arrive in 5-7 days. I waited until the 7th day before contacting Moto to ask for an update. They had not even started on the scooter which was not a big deal but I wish they had told me. I asked when I should expect the scooter to ship and they again stated the end of the week.
