I stopped here for lunch while in the area for an appointment. I sat at the bar and had 1/2 dozen oysters and a soft shell crab sandwich. Both were fantastic. What was even better was the service provided by the bartender. She was absolutely swamped and yet found time to make all of the patrons sitting at the bar feel important. I can't wait to come back again and enjoy another meal.

My husband and I really like this place. Make it a point to stop every time we are in Sarasota. We have a tried a variety of dishes: conch fritters, grouper, New England lobster sliders (all great) Today we had Ahi tuna sliders. They we different, still good! I have never had rare tuna on a bun! Also tried a signature cocktail.. delicious!

The food wasn't bad but it was extremely overpriced! We paid 20 bucks for four tiny (the size of a thumb) crab claws. Left feeling deceived by all the good reviews. There is nothing special about this place. If the food was reasonably priced it would be a 3-star place.

We went there for lunch today because we had past it up on previous times. We were seated and waited, and waited, waited some more while servers walked around us. The kicker was after that two more people were seated and the servers walked around us to them to take their order. We got up and left …

We have been coming here for 30 years and it's pretty consistent. It's becoming more expensive though for smaller portions of its grilled fish. Maybe they're starting to rest on their laurels too much!
