I've lived at MOPOW for a year now and I haven't had any problems that were not taken care of. Things wear out and need replacement or storms cause problems that need a little more work than others but that happens anywhere you live. The difference is the maintenance guys always get to it within a timely manner. Not only do they do it in a timely manner, they do it will a smile on their faces....

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

I lived here for about 18 months. The location is great. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. New Town is just a 2 minute drive away. And you can get to W&M in about 5 minutes. My unit had an attached garage which was really handy.

The office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff is too.

These apartments aren't cheap, but compared to what else is available...
