Be very careful! My vehicle requires the simple removal of the engine splash guard to change the oil filter and drain the oil. The day after having the oil changed at this shop, the first day at highway speed, the splash guard fell off the one side. Inspection revealed that most parts removed were never put back on. I asked the manager for the parts and was told nothing was removed. After...

Go Monro. In my experience they will do quality work at a fair price. I don't mind paying someone who isn't going to ridiculously over charge for labor. I don't mind paying extra for parts if I know they are better quality. I also had the option to bring in my own parts if that's what I wanted to do. They wouldnt be under warranty from Monro but I had the choice and they were fine w/it. In...
