Wow, awesome customer service! I bought a vac from other store and when I attached the handle to the body it kept falling off. It drove me crazy as the screw given did not seem to fit. I called this store and asked if they could. Not only did the guy fix it, he did it no charge. Might not have been a big deal to others, but meant a lot to me.

We just purchased a vacuum here and think the employeees are very helpful. The prices are very fair and they give you alot of time and attention when explaining the vacuum. It is not at all like buying in the self help stores. You are given many extra goodies for your new vacuum and birthday tune-ups. I highly recommend dealing with this company. I was very happy with my choice to deal with Modern Vac & Sew.
