I've been going to this place for a few years and paying $2-3 for taps. Today, after the owner did the job, he asked for $5. I said that was a big surprise, it was $3 last time. He said they went up. His manner was cold and obviously he just viewed me as a source of lining his pockets and had never heard of customer loyalty or service. Of course I will not go back there and will spread the word.
