Pros: Its convenient for NSU Students,and downtown isn't that far away.
Cons: There isn't a placed near by to get coins for the washer, and the walls are kinda thin.

Not only do I not recommend ever living in this property, I recommend you warn all your friends, family, and loved ones of the bad things that will happen to them should they choose to make this hell hole their new home.
