My daughter surprised me and her sister with a day with her at the Spa for an early Christmas Present... since we will not be together then.

This spa is miles away from what I consider a true spa experience. Beginning with the check in process and spilling over into the treatment room- the staff attitudes were awful. Lastly- the treatments felt rushed which took away from the experience.
