Extremely Expensive!

called for a service call on our home water pump. They came right away determined the problem and fixed it right away. Then BAM! Over charged! I should have gotten an estimate before hand. He charged $325.00 for a 25.00 pressure switch. This included a 20.00 charge for a fuel charge he was 11 miles away!

I called Minuteman Plumbing and I guess they changed their name to The plumbing and Drain Co, They came in a little over an hour which I thought was very prompt. They diagnosed the problem as a pressure switch and fixed it fast. Then the bill came. 325.00 for a 25.00 pressure switch. Which included a 20.00 fuel charge for an 11 mile trip. Extremely pricey. i will not be calling them again.
