The only con is that it's a little way to get from the parking lot to the hotel but since it's in the middle of a bustling city it's understandable. Location is great for shopping and service has been excellent. I understand others may have experienced something different to what I have but I am happy to be here

This is the saddest excuse for a hotel! Awful customer service! After booking on Expedia, which they made clear they frown upon! And then promising us rollaway beds to accommodate us they provided us with a twin blow up mattress (no blankets). After calling to inquire about the bed they sad if we didn't like it they would pick it up and told us that's what happens when you check in late and...
