I would like to commend your employee Barbara Mc Gowan for her wonderful customer service. She is an exceptional worker and was very helpful and patient while she dealt with a stressful situation I had encountered with another employee of your company. Was not expecting the process to take so long but Barbara was very friendly and professional. She talked really fast but I was able to get all the information I needed. This is my first time renting a storage room, but this is the location I would recomend to anyone. I really needed the free truck they offer and the cookies were good. Also the office was very clean. I just like everything.

Just wanted to say that as soon as you call you are treated as their best and only customer. Mimi helped me and my wife thru the whole process and we were in and out, and that was helpful with our busy lifestyle. And the free truck came in handy.
