This is a clean facility that is conveniently located near downtown. Access hours are good and a heavy duty storage lock is provided. The best thing of all is the customer service. Carlecia, the person on duty, was helpful, pleasant, and clearly interested in giving fantastic service.

This company really knows customer service and they do whatever it takes to achieve it. There always smiling, cheerful, and courteous. I want everyone out there to know that if you ever need storage Mini Price Self Storage is the place to go. I mean come on you get a Free month, a Free, truck, a Free lock, Free drinks, and Free cookies. You can't beat that. Great job Dee and John and thanks for the reminder calls!

This place has excellent service, and the staff is very helpful. Maure and Carlica always conduct business in a professional manner. This is the BEST storage facility in Hampton Roads!

They have good customer skill dealing with the public. There caring and understand. Very knoledgeable and helpful. I've stored there for a year and never had a probelm. I recommend MINI PRICE to every one even if you don't need it.
