too much $$ for what you get.....it should not be income restricted! Rent goes up EVERYTIME you renew your lease. Its a good place for JUST A SHORT time.

mill creek rent goes up ALL THE TIME. the management isn;t as friendly as one would think. don't like it anymore and i'm waiting until i move out into a better community. there are better apts out there. wouldn't recomend to anyone

mill creek apts is a pleasant place to reside. the only thing is that the rent keeps soaring, and soaring. for the amount of money you put out for rent that could go toward a house mortagage. it gets exuasting at times when the first rolls around..it's ok, no problems on property,just alot of critters..snakes, spiders, because you'll be located close to the dismal swamp.it's a quiet enviroment,...

I pay $800 for a huge 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Brand new carpet and tiles. My walk in closet is big enough for a childs room
