Scott came within an hour of us calling (although he had been at a nearby job) and he fixed our refrigerator quickly. We didn't even lose the food that was in it. We went back and forth before calling a repair man and were about to just buy a new refrigerator, but we called and he was able to come and repair the problem for a fraction of the cost. I'm so glad we called! They guarantee their work for a month. For those looking for ballpark costs (as I was) we had a pretty major repair (he replaced a fan motor, so we needed an expensive part and he had to take it all apart to fix it) and we paid a bit more than $200. We were happy--much cheaper than a new appliance! Scott was very friendly and professional.

I called and they came out same day....within 3 hours. Scott explained the issue with the dryer and had us up and going again in about 2 hours. Very happy with service!
They were able to repair in a reasonable amount of time. I can recommend them and would call them again.
Even though we were not able to complete the repair. It was not any problem with Mike's. The tech came out and told us what the problem was. We had already figured it was what they said. We were not able to afford the repair at the time but the gentleman was honest and very friendly. If we have any more problems we will call them.
Appliance wasn't fixed and didn't receive a follow-up call when I called twice that the issue wasn't resolved.
