PRV installed with shutoff: Worker took two hours! I got billed for more! If I would have known he was charging me for his "conversation" ... I would have had him leave. He didn't even place the box or fill the hole. $644.00 for this job. I priced parts. Had two other plumbing co's look at the invoice. Over charged for job parts. I'm very sad about this experience. Gave an estimate of $400.00...
