Their $15 oil change is $30
They will tell you your air filter needs to be replaced after they've pulled it out of the vehicle, and then they will charge you $30 labor plus a new air filter charge to replace it.
They have horrible work ethic and or incapable mechanics that will not fully repair your car, which will require you make at least three more visits for the same exact repair in order to get it done (hopefully) correctly.
They treat women like they are stupid and try to charge them $179 to replace a headlight bulb, claiming they have to remove the bumper, and if their husband isn't a gigantic bull of a man that is extremely mechanically inclined and calls them to tell them they are idiots, then you are screwed because you'll believe they really do need to take a bumper off a car in order to change a light bulb.
You might ask how many incapable people it takes to change a headlight in your car - and the answer is all of the mechanics and receptionists at Mike Dumans because you'll look out the window to see them all goofing off around your car while you waste your time sitting in their waiting room.
They will not return your call if you are calling to complain about their service. They don't care that their service sucks. They don't need your business, and if you are dumb enough to keep taking your car back then that's on you.
They will replace items on your car with off market parts and when they do not match the other items in your vehicle they will belittle you and tell you they wouldn't have even noticed had it been their car (that they are making payments on and would like to keep nice).
Their service department should be shutdown!!!
Their sales department and used car selection are really nice though. So if you buy your car there, just plan on never using their service department.

I use them for their car wash detailing service. They do an excellent job. I have used other car wash services and have never been as satisfied as I have with Mike Duman's car wash service. They offer Wednesday specials for car wash services too. It's a win win.
