We have had Midlothian Mechanical keeping tabs on our units for years.... Two times a year they come out and do a check up.... Its great to know the units are running at their best.... and that Midlothian Mechanical has their fingers on the pulse of the units!!!

Just wanted to let everyone to beware of shotty workmanship. After the install found the water heater leaking and called them back only to find a blue shop rag wrapped with insulation and duct tape to cover the leak. They made " repairs" now it is leaking again but guess what out of warranty.

John, from Midlothian Mechanical, showed up when he said he would, fixed my problem for $120, was friendly, courteous, efficient and finished in less than an hour!
