Mid City is always up front and truthful about their prices. Their prices are always fair and reasonable to other yards. The employee's friendly service and willingness to help are also pluses.

I had about 3,000 lbs of cast iron plates and gutters stolen from my greenhouse. Mid City was the only yard to help find these pieces. I've known people that go there, and they treat everyone fairly.

Thieves. There were 3 people present where they collected the catalytic converters for cars. Only one had any idea what to do with them. One wanted to weigh them. They offered me $78 for 3 converters. Two were large and one small one from an import. The small one is worth what they wanted to pay me. Go somewhere else folks. You'll be better for it financially. These guys are not out to pay fair...
