Help us make it rightBeware: Salesman did not provide accurate information. Said work crew would return hotwater heater, etc. after work was completed... However, it was never intent of company to move equipment in basement and therefore they charged us for complete work done on one wall in our basement but did not move or install trench and tubing. We were charged for the entire length of the space and think we have been overcharged. It is our belief the GM did not want to listen to our concerns. We were never told that some drywall would be cut up and not replaced.
Very unhappy with this company
These people are real jerks. They messed up everything. The owner hides behind the secretary and you can hear him in the back ground. What a baby. He probably wrote the only good review about this company. They cracked our driveway, our basement walls and took a dump in our landscape.
I'll hire a pack of illegals before I expect these guys to put down their beer long enough to waterproof anything,

If you're looking for a well established Basement Waterproofing company....My experience with Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing was amazing. I had a minor problem after the installation and they handled it in the most professional way. Took my call, scheduled the service appointment and resolved my problem. They are not joking when they say they have one of the best service departments in the industry. That's where I put my money at. How is the service department should be question number one when deciding on whether to hire this type of business.
