This is the WORST service. My house was never completely cleaned. The maids are far from cleaning professionals. The office manager (owner) is rude and unprofessional. His focus is more on locking customers into a contract than it is to providing service.

This is a big scam operation. The company runs under three names. Maid Service, Inc., Mid-Atlantic Maids and Maid Service of Richmond. When I originally reported Mid-Atlantic Maid Service, I had no idea they had 3 (!) different company names.Their service is sub-par, the house always needed more attention than it was given, and I even paid extra.
