How do I know? I have been to 6 of them. No not $100 a night, budget area around $65 per night. This is family friendly and I can see them at breakfast, but rarely hear them at night. The rooms are pretty sound-reduced. The bed is nice but the bathroom fan is on a timer. As you know, it is nice to use that as a white-noise-generator but this one - you cant

Hotel comfortable. Staff very Pleasant. Nice clean place would stay there again. Stayed here during my child's VT orientation. We used the hotel for sleeping only.

Small rooms, dirty carpet, no amenities. I called the hotel to reserve a sleeper bed and was told they would provide it. When we arrived, however, we were told the sleeper beds will not fit in the small rooms. They said they would remove the charge from my credit card but the charge remains, even though we did not use the sleeper bed.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The only thing is that we asked for a refrigerator and microwave but did not have one in our room.
