I went to their Crestview facility and spent best part of an hour giving the Secretary all the chronological details for my elderly Mothers medical malpractice . Upon completion, she told me that Mr. Michles would be reviewing it and will phone me within 2-3 days . 7 days goes by and I follow up on it...and the secretary doesn't even know if Michles has even reviewed it , but she tells me...
