An "everybody's gym" kind of gym. Anyone can feel welcome here. You feel like you "belong" seeing the same people over and over again, and they say hello and even strike up a conversation!!! Nice members, great instructors.

As I sit here with sore thighs from last nights outdoor boot camp, I am thankful for the fitness challenge. Trainers at Michaels are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Exercise is a priority and they make it fun. I feel comfortable at Michaels because of the family friendly environment and I appreciate the dedication from the owners, trainers and staff.
