all of the stuff is great and everything but I'm highly dissappointed how the employees were being rude. I forgot that they closed early on Sunday's, that's my fault but if you're closing, you can kindly tell me to get what I need so I can purchasing got rather than yelling it at me wtf

They have good stuff at great prices. They seem understaffed though so finding someone to help you find something is a bit of an ordeal sometimes.

I love Michael's overall as a chain. But I definitely prefer the Bel Air location to this one. It's kinda messy and unorganized. Lots of young, inattentive staff as well. I mean, I love the products they offer. It's like crafter heaven. And their prices are great. But again, this particular location could use some reorganization and new staff :)

I do not frequent Michaels. The store was messy, but it seems like most of the staff are teenagers that could give two craps about the place. The check out lady was exceedingly nice however, and brightened my day a little. It's a chain store, the big variable here is the staff and they don't clean up and the shelves aren't stocked.
