Michael Latimer did an awesome job in helping us find the home we wanted. He helped us every step of the way, he even was there for the closing. Mike was in "daily" contact with us on homes that hit the market. I will definitely recommend him as your realtor.

Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and passionate about his work. He inspires absolute trust, because he will stop at nothing to make the process work for you. We have bought and sold houses for 20 years and have never had a better realtor than Michael Latimer.
