the office sees so many patients a day, possibly too many, trying to take care of everyone... but I like him.
I have found that if you get ticked at having to wait to see the DOC (not the students) then make your appointment for first thing in the morning... if they come in at 0900AM for instance, make yours the 0900 AM appointment, problem solved.

Approx. 8 years ago, horrible experience with Dr. Gross with permanent damage. After having several bs cancers removed from face, asked about unrelated dark areas at inner eyes. Well I think the care I received was fine, it is getting to that point that worries me. My appointment was for 10:40. I always go in early to fill out paperwork for a first visit.
