Bravo!, A Veterinary Hospital with staff that cares about not only the Pets, but the clients also. Here you do not feel like a dollar sign when you walk in the door, you feel like a friend. I have never had such an excellent experience at any other vet. I have owned pets for that last 20 years and New Kent has been the best I have ever found. Dr. Pinkleton, Dr. Engel, and Dr. Putt have all seen my pets and have been caring and informative about whatever problem my pet is having. The staff knows me and my pets by name, and they greet me warmly as soon as I enter. I know that they really care about us. I had to have my dog put down, and the doctors and staff were so compassionate and even sent me a sympathy card.
